Hotel IT solutions for properties that never close
A hotel is one of the hardest IT environments in existence: hundreds of untrained users on your wifi every night, a front desk that cannot go down, entertainment in every room, locks that must open, and no maintenance window because there is no closing time. Hospitality is our major business — and supporting hotels 24/7, locally and internationally, is our stated target.

Guest experience is a network problem
Nothing damages a review score faster than wifi that drops in the room or a television that shows a blue screen at midnight. In hospitality, the IT department is not a back-office function — it is directly visible to every paying guest.
That changes how the work must be done. Cutovers happen at 4 a.m., not on a Sunday. Coverage is designed for a full house, not an average one. Systems are built so that a failure degrades quietly instead of stopping check-in. And support has to answer during the night shift, because that is when a property is most exposed and least staffed.
Remote where possible, on site where it counts
Most hotel IT work does not require a person in the building. Here is the split we use.
| Area | Delivered remotely | Requires site attendance |
|---|---|---|
| Guest wifi / HSIA | Controller config, portal, bandwidth policy, troubleshooting, firmware | AP mounting, cabling, physical survey |
| IPTV | Head-end configuration, channel line-up, portal branding, diagnostics | Head-end rack build, set-top box swaps |
| PMS & back office | Support, interface fixes, user admin, training, reporting | Rarely — workstation replacement only |
| Door locks | Encoder setup, PMS interface, access levels, audit reports | Lock installation and battery replacement |
| Network & firewall | Switching, VLANs, firewall rules, VPN, monitoring | Rack work, cable pulling, hardware swaps |
| Meeting rooms & AV | Control config, presets, remote assistance during events | Installation, commissioning, event standby |
On-site work is executed by our local partners in KSA and other regions — coordinated, briefed and supervised by the same engineers who handle you remotely, so nothing is lost in translation between the two.
Hotel IT — frequently asked
Yes — this is our standard model. Monitoring, configuration, PMS support, wifi troubleshooting and IPTV diagnostics are all done online, with 24/7 coverage. Where physical work is required, our local partner is dispatched and works to our instructions.
Yes. We support the systems you already own rather than insisting on a replacement. If a component genuinely cannot deliver what the property needs, we will say so and quote the upgrade — but replacing working equipment is never our opening position.
Yes. We begin with a documented audit of the existing estate — network, wifi coverage, IPTV, locks, POS, licences and support contracts — then produce a remediation plan with priorities and costs. Transition happens in stages so the property never loses cover.
Support contract clients get 24/7 coverage with agreed response times, and hospitality incidents are treated as priority because a property cannot wait for morning. Response targets are written into the contract rather than promised verbally.
Yes, and it is some of our favourite work. We start from the drawings — network design, rack layout, cable routes, device counts, IPTV head-end, lock system, POS and back office — deliver the installation through our partners, configure everything, train the opening team and stay on for support from day one.

Send us the room count, the systems in place and the problems you keep hearing about at the front desk. We will come back with an honest assessment and a plan.
