Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, AWS & Azure
Subscriptions supplied and managed, tenants built properly, and migrations that finish without losing mail or patience. We size licences against what your people genuinely use — because over-licensing is the most common and most invisible waste in a company's IT budget.
Microsoft 365
Tenant setup, licence supply and day-to-day administration for organisations of any size.
- Subscription supply and renewal management
- Tenant configuration and domain setup
- Exchange Online mail flow, rules and shared mailboxes
- Teams, SharePoint and OneDrive rollout
- Entra ID (Azure AD) users, groups and policy
- MFA, conditional access and device compliance
- Backup of Microsoft 365 data (which Microsoft does not do for you)
Google Workspace
For teams that prefer Google — supplied, configured and supported to the same standard.
- Subscription supply and licence management
- Domain verification and mail routing
- Gmail, Drive, Meet and Calendar configuration
- Shared drives and access governance
- Admin console policy, 2-step verification
- Mobile device management
- Data export and retention (Vault) setup
AWS & Microsoft Azure
Cloud infrastructure designed, deployed and kept under control — including the bill.
- Account and subscription structure
- Virtual machines, networking and storage
- Azure Active Directory / Entra ID integration
- Custom cloud projects and application hosting
- Backup, snapshots and disaster recovery
- Cost monitoring, right-sizing and budget alerts
- Security groups, firewalls and least-privilege access

We want you in the right plan, not the most expensive one
Resellers are paid more when you buy more, which is why so many companies end up paying for premium licences that three people use, and paying for leavers who departed a year ago.
We do the opposite. A licence review looks at actual usage per user, identifies where a cheaper tier does the same job, finds dormant accounts, and flags the features you are already paying for but not using. Frequently the review pays for itself in the first renewal cycle.
| What we check | What it usually finds |
|---|---|
| Per-user activity | Premium licences on users who only need mail |
| Dormant accounts | Leavers still licensed months later |
| Duplicate tooling | Paying for a service already included in the plan |
| Storage & archiving | Add-on storage bought instead of archiving configured |
| Renewal terms | Annual commitments auto-renewing at list price |
| Security coverage | MFA and conditional access not enabled at all |
Cloud & subscriptions — frequently asked
A properly planned migration causes no perceptible downtime. Mailboxes are synchronised in the background over days, users keep working throughout, and the final cutover is a DNS change made outside business hours. We keep the old platform available until everyone has confirmed the move.
No. Mail, folder structure, calendars, contacts, shared mailboxes and delegate permissions are all migrated. We verify counts before and after, and we do not decommission the source until you have signed off.
Not in the way most businesses assume. Microsoft protects the platform and offers limited retention windows, but recovering a mailbox deleted six months ago, or a SharePoint site a user wiped, is your responsibility. We deploy proper third-party backup for Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace as standard.
Yes. We monitor AWS and Azure spend, right-size over-provisioned resources, apply reservations where usage justifies them and set budget alerts so a runaway workload is caught in days rather than at the end of the month.
Yes. We are registered in Spain for European contracting and invoicing, so EU clients can engage us locally and in euro while receiving the same remote delivery model we run across the GCC.
